ICE at LaGuardia Terminal C...just hanging around and walking about. Doesn't seem to be affecting line wait at all. TSA Pre check line is hundreds long...moving, but crazy.

Wait times at LGA remain significantly elevated. Early morning continues to be the worst period — one traveler reported a 2–3 hour general security line (Sun Mar 22, 4:37 AM), and another experienced a 2-hour wait with lines wrapping around the entire terminal (Sun Mar 22, 6:20 PM). Most recently, TSA PreCheck at Terminal C was described as "hundreds long" though still moving (Tue Mar 24, 7:23 AM).
PreCheck offers limited relief during peak periods. While one traveler cleared security in 20 minutes with PreCheck at the American Airlines terminal (Sun Mar 22, 1:51 PM), another reported the PreCheck line was equally backed up despite moving slightly faster (Sun Mar 22, 6:20 PM). On the most recent report (Tue Mar 24, 7:23 AM), PreCheck at Terminal C remained congested.
Arrive at least 3 hours before departure if flying during early morning (before 8 AM) or evening hours, regardless of PreCheck status. If you have a midday flight, 2 hours may suffice based on the lighter afternoon conditions observed (Sun Mar 22, 1:51 PM), but confirm your PreCheck eligibility is active in the system before heading to the airport — some travelers' status hasn't been appearing at check-in.
