LAS security lines are moving quickly as of Monday evening (Mon Mar 23, 8:55 PM). TSA PreCheck with touchless ID processed travelers in just 2 minutes, and standard lines showed no backups. Earlier that same day (Mon Mar 23, 6:01 PM), general security lines were under 10 minutes, with many passengers able to walk directly to a checkpoint without waiting.
Conditions were significantly different earlier in the week. On Friday (Sat Mar 21, 7:57 PM report), 56% of screening lanes were closed, creating noticeable delays for departing passengers.
If you're flying out of LAS soon, arrive at least 30 minutes before your domestic flight based on current conditions (Mon Mar 23).
